Wyckoff Environmental Commission
Seeks Green Team Volunteers
The Wyckoff Environmental Commission (WEC) welcomes all residents interested in
GREENING Wyckoff to JOIN the efforts of the Green team in 2018.
Volunteers are invited to attend the monthly meetings of the Environmental Commission and participate in green team task force activities throughout the year.
2018 Project ideas include but not limited to:
*Recycling Awareness & Education
*STOP Plastic Bag Use
*Reducing Our Carbon Footprint
*Home Energy Audits/Energy Conservation
*EV Charging Stations
*Anti-Idling Schools & Township
*Recycling Efforts in the Schools
*Rain Barrels & Composting
*Organic Lawn Care/Cut-It & Leave It
*Green Business Program
*Team Up To Tidy Up Event T-Shirt Contests, Bookmark design, etc.
*Sustainable Jersey Program - a project that relates or fulfills action/s from SJ
OR bring your own interest to present to the committee.
Help us promote awareness and take action on our GREEN initiatives.
