LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE TO BIDDERS – LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13, the Township of Wyckoff, New Jersey, shall receive sealed proposals at Memorial Town Hall, 340 Franklin Avenue, Wyckoff, New Jersey, until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, Wednesday, October 11, 2023, and then publicly open and read aloud in the second floor Court Room for CONTRACT #2023-05B – LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR OPERATION OF WIRELESS COMMUNICATION ANTENNAS AND RELATED FACILITIES AT 1 SCOTT PLAZA –SPORTS LIGHTING TOWER – REBID #2. 

Any prospective bidder may request copies of the specifications and contract documents for the proposed lease via email at [email protected] on and after September 11, 2023.

Each proposal must be made upon the prescribed forms furnished with the contract specifications.

Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and shall be addressed to the TOWNSHIP CLERK’S OFFICE and delivered at the place and hour mentioned above.  The Envelope or Package must be endorsed, CONTRACT #2023-05B – LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR OPERATION OF WIRELESS COMMUNICATION ANTENNAS AND RELATED FACILITIES AT 1 SCOTT PLAZA –SPORTS LIGHTING TOWER – REBID #2. 

This solicitation will be awarded via a Fair and Open Process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.

Bidder must be registered with the State of New Jersey at the time of the contract award. 

Bidders must provide an Ownership Disclosure Affidavit with the bid proposal; failure to provide the same is a non-waivable defect.

Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
