Inclement Weather Notifications

Please observe the following procedures in case of inclement weather on a practice or game day:

• A decision regarding the cancellation of games or practices will never be made prior to 3:00 pm on weekdays, and 7:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays, even if weather conditions are terrible or forecasted to become terrible.
• Every family participating in the program will receive an email from the Recreation Department to notify you of any cancellations.  There is no need to call the Recreation Department for this information.
