Vital Records Certificates- Certified Copies

Marriage, Birth or Death Certificates:

Certified copies of marriage, birth or death certificates can be obtained from the Municipal Clerk's Office and are issued on state safety paper with a Board of Health seal.  Certified copies of death certificates are issued only to families of people who have passed away in Wyckoff.  If clarification is needed, please call the Municipal Clerk's office at (201) 891-7000 ext. #1010 or view the NJ Application Requirements for Certified Copies here.

Certified Copies Fees:

• Certified copies of a marriage or birth certificate: Initial copy is $25.00. Additional copies are $20.00 each.
• Certified copies of a death record: Initial copy is $25.00. Additional copies are $2.00 each..
