A MESSAGE FROM THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE VIA MAYOR TIMOTHY SHANLEY DATE 07.05.20

Wyckoff Town Hall

Mayor Shanley COVID-19 Update July 5, 2020

I hope everyone enjoyed this beautiful weekend.

We are still on a good path in NJ. Only 398 new positives in NJ and NJ is now at 173,402 positives. NJ hospitalizations have dropped again to 917 and to 406 in the North, 280 in the Central and 231 in the South. Ventilator use dropped to 4.9% and patients in critical care rose 5 to 210 from 205 yesterday. Lets keep this trend going down.

Tomorrow our youth can start playing baseball, softball and soccer games. Lets safely cheer them on tomorrow.

While we are on a good path, we must remember how we got there and remain cautious of the virus. We got here by wearing masks, socially distancing ourselves and washing hands.

We got this together. Stay Wyckoff Strong!

Have a great night.

Tim Shanley, Wyckoff Mayor
