Contractor Signs Prohibited on Residential Lawns and Property

When improving your home, whether it is landscaping, refinishing your floors, painting
or completely renovating your home, contractors performing work at your home are not
allowed to erect a sign advertising their commercial business on your residential
property.

Wyckoff Code 186-28 prohibits the posting of advertising signs.
Contractors can advertise their expertise by the logos and information printed on their
vehicles and of course, the best advertising is word of mouth.

Residents are requested to inform contractors performing work at their home that the
use of advertising signs on residential lawns and residences is prohibited in Wyckoff.
