How to use these forms:

In order to assist residents who may be thinking of applying to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for any bulk yard and/or use variances, the applications are available for your review and may be printed.

• Please notice that there are separate applications for each area of Wyckoff (known as zoning districts).  You will need to determine your zone before you print a copy of the variance application.  Corner lots are considered to have two (2) front yards and are, therefore, subject to more stringent requirements than a lot with one (1) front yard.
• Plan accordingly.  The element of time is crucial to your application being submitted, reviewed for completeness and scheduled for a review at a meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and helps avoid any inconvenience or postponements.
• The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets once every month on the 3rd Thursday.
• The deadline for all required paperwork is 3 1/2 weeks before each meeting.
