Residents are reminded that grass is not collected with the regular garbage.  The Township has made provisions for a separate grass collection on the second trash pickup day of the week, during twice-a-week pickup from May 1 through September 30.  Grass clippings may also be brought to the Recycling Center.

Curbside Collection Guidelines

Grass must be placed at the curb in an open, reusable sturdy container with no liner.  The container must not weigh more than 50 pounds.  Plastic bags, paper bags or LANDSCAPING BARRELS MAY NOT BE USED!  During October through April once-a-week curbside collection, residents may bring their grass to the Recycling and Conservation Center, located at 476 West Main Street.

As an alternative to preparing your grass clippings for curbside pickup, you may wish to consider "cutting it and leaving it."
