The Wyckoff Volunteer Ambulance Corps is comprised of a dedicated group of residents and business operators who unselfishly dedicate their time and energy to help their neighbors in a time of need. It is one of the oldest volunteer ambulance corps in the State of New Jersey originally formed in 1929 as the American Legion Ambulance Corps.

All volunteer members are certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and are required to complete 120 hours of initial training and 48 hours of training every three years to maintain their EMT qualifications. This training is free.

The Ambulance Corps is stationed at the corner of Voorhis Avenue and Woodland Avenue in the Memorial Town Hall complex across from Firehouse #1. Anyone interested in learning more about joining the Volunteer Ambulance Corps can telephone 201-848-0400.
