Middle and high school students will find reading materials on the designated Young Adult (YA) Fiction shelves, as well as on the adjacent YA Paperback Racks. Age-appropriate materials labeled with “YA” or single “J” stickers can also be found in the Adult Non-Fiction area. Audiobooks, magazines, and graphic novels are also available.

A listing of new acquisitions to the YA Collection - What's New in YA? - is compiled monthly and can be found on the YA shelves. Also, selected new books are prominently displayed as they arrive.

The Teen Library Council is a group that meets as announced to discuss Wyckoff Library’s services to teens. The members are between the ages of 12 and 18 and have a variety of responsibilities, including providing input on upcoming teen programming, and assisting in the selection of books, magazines and music for the Wyckoff Library. Those interested in joining the Council may speak with the Young Adult Librarian.

Teen Book Discussions are held periodically and announced in local newspapers as well as at the library.
